An Introduction to Our Staff:
Kim Johnson, President and Owner. With over 35 years of experience, Kim leads the company in the offering and providing of personalized and professional management services to communities of every size. Licensed in both Community Association Management and as a Florida Real Estate Broker, with a background in construction and community development, she has the experience to guide and assist the Board of Directors as they serve their communities. Kim's desire is to provide the best possible service available to each and every owner in all of the communities managed by CMS. She has deliberately chosen to control the size of the company over the years; large enough to provide excellent service, but small enough to make that service flexible and personal.
Seamonay Gilbert, Accounting/Bookkeeping. Seamonay oversees all financial aspects of the Association work. She handles all of the accounts payable and the receivables for the Associations, processes incoming payments, follows up on accounts receivable and performs data maintenance to assure accurate and up-to-date records of our owners and all the accounts. She sees that all the Associations invoices are paid timely, collections are handled promptly and uniformly and that all financial policies of the Association Boards are followed. Her duties also include coordination of collections with various Association Attorneys, faciilitating sales and rental approvals and estoppel preparation. She utilizes her experience and personal work ethic to keep everything organized and accurate. Seamonay is always a joy to be around!
Mike Kaczmarek, Maintenance. Mike is the long-time on-site maintenance man at a waterfront condominium. He works full time and has a multitude of responsibilities. He has tremendous knowledge of the property and every aspect of the building and equipment. Mike is a vital part of the team and possesses a desire to have everything run efficiently and properly on the property and and in the community.
Kevin Coupal, Maintenance. Kevin joined us in the maintenance department and works on various properties, using his many talents and abilities to keep the condominium associations in good repair and appearance. He has a positive "can-do" attitude and will get the job done.
